PML can loan you according with your contracting and relative documents after getting MBL.( The highest amount is 70% of cargoes payment. Highest unit amount is USD150000. Circulation amount can’t be over USD1000000). The goods must be exported by PML. Also the cargoes amount must be paid into PML consigned account.
3)This service named e-Credit line in foreign. The buyer can apply directly. If foreign buyer have e-Credit line amount. Don’t need buyer credit investigation.

2)Provide COMFIMATION LETTER of payment or LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION and INSPECTION REPORT before delivery goods
